Summary of Paras:
Starring: SANJEEV KUMAR, RAAKHEE, FARIDA JALAL, SHATRUGHAN SINHA, MEHMOOD Synopsis: The truth has always gotten Dharam, a very honest person in trouble. It was his truthful evidence that sentenced a killer to death and for this he is forced to leave his village and part from not only his aunt but also his beloved sister Bela. He goes to the city in search of a job but even there his nature gets him into trouble. He returns home to find his aunt dead and sister lost. His search for his sister gets him into a very strange situation. In a case of mistaken identity, Dharam finds himself married to Thakur Prithvi Singh's daughter Barkha. He has been mistaken for the bridegroom Munna Sarkar. Dharam suddenly finds himself among wealth and luxury, he now has everything but his one lie haunts him and he wants to reveal everything to the Thakur but Barkha pleads with him not to do so. One day Dharam finds his sister Bela but he cannot accept her in front of the Thakur. Meanwhile they also meet the real Munna Sarkar a pessimistic and sad man. Barkha arranges for Bela and Munna Sarkar to stay in one of her houses. Here Bela and Munna Sarkar fall in love with each other. Dharam decides to confess to the Thakur, but before he could do so Arjun Singh, a crook arrives to exploit the situation and defame Dharam. The manner in which Dharam defeats Arjun Singh and exposes him provides for thrilling climax!

I really loved the movie Paras. I really enjoyed watching Sanjeev Kumar in this movie. I also think Rakhee Gulzar was great!
I think Sanjeev Kumar and Rakhee Gulzar worked wonderful in Paras. The great supporting cast includes Sanjeev Kumar, Rakhee Gulzar, Shatrughan Sinha, Mehmood, Farida Jalal.
